First and foremost, Ardency Partners' principals are Village residents. As such, Ardency Partners is an advocate of thoughtful and contextual development and redevelopment of downtown properties. With a focus on townhouse renovations, condo conversions and small, contextual ground-up developments, Ardency Partners is passionate about maintaining and enhancing the existing character of each of the downtown neighborhoods.

Ardency Partners is a buyer and renovator of downtown real estate.  Primarily, we look to buy properties in the West Village in need of conversion or rehabilitation.

Latest Projects
Ardency Partners LLC recently sold one townhouse development in the West Village and is working on another:

763 Greenwich St: conversion of a six-family, Greek Revival townhouse back into a 4,750 SF, five bedroom, single-family residence. This project comprised the gut renovation of the interior, installation of an elevator, the reconstruction of the rear porch and the addition of a roof-deck. Sold August 2008.

10 Bank St: conversion of a 3,700 SF, five-family Italianate brownstone back to a five bedroom, single-family townhouse. Work comprises an interior gut renovation, installation of an elevator and façade renovation. Completion expected Summer 2009.
