First and foremost, Ardency Partners' principals are Village residents. As
such, Ardency Partners is an advocate of thoughtful and contextual development
and redevelopment of downtown properties. With a focus on townhouse renovations,
condo conversions and small, contextual ground-up developments, Ardency Partners
is passionate about maintaining and enhancing the existing character
of each of the downtown neighborhoods.
What we do
Ardency Partners is a buyer and renovator of downtown real estate. Primarily, we look to buy properties in the West Village in need of conversion or rehabilitation.
